Inclusion of social sector in state policy for integral development of Peru (2011-2018)

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the situation and role of the Social Sector, as well as the State Policies that should be promoted for inclusion in the development of the Peruvian people. The quantitative method (surveys), qualitative (in-depth interviews) and the Delphi technique were combined with experts, the sample was chosen with an intentional non-probabilistic criterion. The role of the Social Sector in the development of Peru is identified, emphasizing the multiple systems from an integral vision of society that focuses on the personal and global development of Peruvians and on different problems that exist due to social fragmentation, urban violence, poverty, among others. The strategies of public policies of the State for their inclusion must be: First, the full knowledge of their shortcomings and demands in the social sector that seeks to progress, verifying opportunities for personal and employment growth in equal opportunities. Second, consider the relevance of this sector as a foundation for the economic, administrative, educational, health, and security contexts to develop in the attainment of an affable social system with values, equality, equity and justice.
