Commercial appliance companies create jobs for disabled people

Abstract

 


According to the remarkable development that the commercial sector has had in the city and its positive variations in the incidence of job creation for people with special abilities, the present work was carried out in order to know and analyze the improvement in issues of inclusion that companies that belong to the commercial sector of household appliances have had and determine how important is the contribution they have in generating jobs for people with special abilities in the city of Riobamba. Research conducted on similar topics was incurred in order to have a solid base of data compiled from sources already studied, to issue our own theory about the topic proposed by the work team. We proceeded to the collection and analysis of the information through surveys conducted and directed towards the officials of the commercial companies of household appliances to determine the results issued by the people surveyed. Through the application of research techniques and instruments it was determined that the majority of companies at least have knowledge of the law in terms of job positions for people with disabilities, as the main results we have that 21% of the commercial appliances companies in the city of Riobamba have people with special skills working, and while the other 79% of companies do not have disabled people working in their companies and so in general terms you can conclude that according to the surveys total 56% of the population considers that the work performance of people with special abilities as an average performance, while 33% rated it as a low performance and only 11% considered the performance of people with special abilities as a high cash.
